Insanity is the order of the day. I can't think of anything more frustrating than walking a non-technical person through a very technical process. The good/bad news to this is that if I can't get them to figure it out over the phone, I'm on my way to Little Rock this afternoon.
We had gone through a lot of trouble testing everything before we sent it to them. It works fine for us, but they can't get it to work. How thrilling.
