Current Brainstorms

I'm just cruising at this point. This weekend I leave for Costa Rica on a mission trip. I've been looking forward to it for a while. I'm not quite sure what I'm getting myself into. That seems to have become a theme for a lot of the things I have done this year. I have heard wonderful things and I hope to have a great time while helping to do some good things.

Work is on schedule to deliver to a new client this week. I'm glad I'll have all my stuff done before I go so I won't worry about leaving any loose ends.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous this weekend. I didn't get out and enjoy it as much as I should have. It would have made great camping weather.

I think the Jiu-Jitsu lessons are starting to kick in. Last night we were practicing a choke hold. Let me tell you. There's probably not a better way to kill brain cells and remain perfectly sober. At the end of class we "Roll" or spar with partner. I usually get trounced since I'm all muscle and have very few technical skills. Last night I did a lot better. I didn't tap anyone, but I didn't get tapped very often either.

Dezi and I are still taking Ball-room dance lessons. The classes are fun, but I have a hard time getting excited about it. It's all very... Demanding. And the more you get into it, the more is demanded.
